The Detroit, by Carhartt, is a safety oxford with the comfort of an athletic. This women's lace-up, in a black canvas, has a nano safety toe and is static-dissipative to the ASTM F2413 standard. Cemented to the upper is a LWD midsole affixed to a flat outsole rubber tractions pods that passes ASTM F3445 standards for slip on wet and dry surfaces. Additional features include a nylon shank for arch support, removable Insite Footbed, lining with FastDry moisture-wicking technology and a generous toe box.
